Pink Day 26 Oct 2017
What a day!! Nicky and Chas were greeted with a sea of enthusiastic 'pink ladies', to take part in today's special Fundraiser for Cancer day organised by them. A great day of high scores, fun and laughter was had by everyone. The course was in great condition as was the weather. Chas and Nicky provided pies and sausage rolls at the half way point for a bit of extra strength or was it the mulligans that gave the extra point here and there!
And then there was the raffle. Ione Clarke was the lucky winner of the set of Wilson golf clubs, however Ione asked them to be raffled off again and Colleen Henry was the lucky winner. Congratulations to you both.
Thanks Nicky and Chas for all the effort involved in organising another fun, successful Pink Day. The day raised over $1500 to assist those suffering from Cancer. Thank you also to all of you who participated for your enthusiasm and generosity.
