We know the forecast is not good. However, we have organized lots of fantastic prizes for the raffle, ntps , and the golf winners so we are reluctant to call it off at this stage.
So, please wait until the morning to make a decision on whether you will play.We will let you know what is happening via Facebook and the blog hopefully by 7am.
If it is possible, we will play, and may decide to make the event nine holes only. If teams are not complete we can combine them. If that isn’t feasible, then we will go to Plan B and cancel the golf.
Regardless of what happens with the golf, we need your support to raise as much as we can from the raffles. At least some of the many golf prizes, which have been donated, will be added to the raffle and don’t forget there is the silent auction for the ballet tickets.
So, we will also let you know in the morning what time to come to the club for the coffee/lunch/raffles/auction.
If no golf, this will happen about 11am. Hopefully you can use some of the money you were going to spend on golf, for extra raffle tickets.
