Charity Day Hampers



Our Charity Day is fast approaching. It is to be held on Thursday 25th July. Please add this to your fixture book if you haven’t already done so.

The District charity for this year is Rose Cottage. This was selected by Wyong ladies and provides a variety of services and support for women in crisis.


As in the last few years, we hope you will consider donating a hamper of goodies to be raffled on the day. Perhaps you can get together with one or two others to put one of these together. Since  we hope to be able to contribute significantly to the District donations, the more hampers the better.

We also hope to have donations of cakes, slices, pickles and jams etc to sell on the day.

Please note that there will be a shotgun start. We will arrange for you to drop off any goods before play. The event of the day will be an individual stableford with a 2BBB in conjunction with all of your playing partners.

Pink Day 2024

  Pink Day 2024 has been an enormous success!! The room was a sea of pink shirts and pink balloons, as was the course. Congratulations to Nicky, A. J., and Michelle for all their hard work in putting this day on for us to enjoy. The prizes were absolutely amazing.  The mini quiches and coffee after 9 were very much appreciated (and we think that should be a permanent feature!) The day was won with a fantasitc 94 points (on a countback) by Michelle, Monica, Deanne and Colleen. The raffle raised a massive $635 which will go to the McGrath Foundation.Thanks to everyone for their generosity. Jan Gee was the lucky winner.

Christmas Fun Day

 Well it was a Christmas Fun Day today!! We had everyone decked out in their finest Christmas gear. The weather wasn't too bad - it was hard to tell if we were wet from the rain, or wet from the humidity. The winners today were: Aiki, Sandra, Viv and Peggy Second were: Pauline, Jan C, Sue Carter and Elaine Third were : Chris B, Moya, Monica and Carol The Christmas Raffle today was a big success. Thanks to Linda and her helpers for organising this.  Colleen assisted by Bronwyn (in her game show hostess role) ran the Secret Santa. This, as always, was a lot of fun. That's a wrap for another year. See you all at the AGM next week - 10:30 am start.

Mounties Presentation

 On Firday night Mounties held their annual presentation noght for their Sub Clubs at Mt Pritchard. Our Club Champion Michelle Hughes was presented with her trophy. OurFoursomes winners Michelle Hughes and Bronwyn Dwyer also received their trophies. The Runners up trophies were also presented to Aiki and Peggy. Lance Harrigan was presented with his Life Membership
