Reminder for Thursday 12th Nov

Just reminding you it is a fund raising event, with money raised to be donated to the ongoing district charity, Lifeline Direct, Central Coast.

 The District have sponsored this event, with prizes donated by CCWGA. As well as $100 in cash, we will have CCWGA logo socks, wine glasses, towels and hat clips to be won. The event is Team of 4, Countdown Stableford. 

There will be cheat sheets available before your tee off as well as Raffle tickets for a number of Prizes. Tickets are 3 for $5 or 7 for $10. So bring your cash and and your golf game to help support the District Charity.

What a fabulous day for golf!! It was especially fabulous for those who played 27 holes.  Today is the first time in quite a few years that this event has not had to be postponed, so a big sigh of relief and another event ticked off the calendar for 2023. Today's full results are in the link below. The Championship prizes will be presented on Presentation Day on 7th December. Tributes for Mollie Chapman

Afternoon everyone, Some of you may wish to show your sorrow at Mollie's passing. Rather than inundate Jenny and her family with flowers, the CCWGA has suggested a donation to Mollie's favourite charity. She was a long time supporter of the Fred Hollows Foundation and in discussions with her family, it was decided that perhaps setting up a fundraising page in Mollie's honour would be appropriate. Their focus in Australia is to eliminate avoidable blindness in the Indigenous population. All donations, no matter how small, in Mollie's name will add to her legacy.
