RAIN!

 Look out the window as this is written, and there is no surprise that all early starters have cancelled.

However, the course is open, and if you are desperate for a game, there is still a comp on, IF a total of 8 ladies decide to play.

As mentioned previously, we hope to see you all in the club today for coffee etc. from about 10.30am.

There are new membership cards to organise and possibly pennant shirts to collect. Gill will be there to collect those pairs entries (and $5 entry fees) for the Debbie Gaunt day on 7th April.

I believe there are also new shirts in the pro shop you might like to check out.

What a fabulous day for golf!! It was especially fabulous for those who played 27 holes.  Today is the first time in quite a few years that this event has not had to be postponed, so a big sigh of relief and another event ticked off the calendar for 2023. Today's full results are in the link below. The Championship prizes will be presented on Presentation Day on 7th December. Tributes for Mollie Chapman

Afternoon everyone, Some of you may wish to show your sorrow at Mollie's passing. Rather than inundate Jenny and her family with flowers, the CCWGA has suggested a donation to Mollie's favourite charity. She was a long time supporter of the Fred Hollows Foundation and in discussions with her family, it was decided that perhaps setting up a fundraising page in Mollie's honour would be appropriate. Their focus in Australia is to eliminate avoidable blindness in the Indigenous population. All donations, no matter how small, in Mollie's name will add to her legacy.
