 Hi ladies Im doing a shout out for 1-2 more ladies who would be interested in playing this Saturday's Mixed Foursomes 27 holes. Give me a call and I can give you some info if you need.

 There are a lot of people missing in action not only today but over the last few weeks.............. we miss you and the course is better than ever!!!! Some more great scores today and a special mention to Colleen having 41 points today 👏👏👏.  Michelle H 2nd on 35 points and Peggy S 3rd 34 c/b. Don't forget the mixed foursomes are on Saturday week the 29th Oct. Entry sheet is in the pro shop. I f you don't have a partner please put your name down as there are a few men looking for a partner. Breakers have a lot going on and something might interest you so take a look a the following events happening!

Hello ladies, The Wyong ladies committee met this afternoon and have made the difficult decision to cancel the 2022 Classic and Shield. Please notify your members. We appreciate the support given to this event despite two postponements, but feel we need to cancel and refund all players with the current conditions and forecast of further rain . Apologies for the inconvenience  Regards  Shona Mitchell 

  Above you will see the result sheets for the championships, which finished today. Big congratulations to all the winners. Thanks to the Ladies who came for the special meeting today. The changes to our By Laws were approved and will now be sent to Mounties for finalising.  A reminder that nominations for committee positions will be available fromThursday 17th November, with the AGM to be held prior to the Presentation Day Luncheon on Thursday 8th December. For those who were not at the presentation today, please be advised that your committee has made some changes to the weekly prize distribution due to reduced numbers. We are now giving balls 1 in 4, rather than 1 in 3, and ball winners will start after the prize winners.

Good Morning Ladies,   The Men’s Championship only requires the morning tee times this Saturday.  There will be a medley comp from 11am if you would like to book in through the portal. Cheers Michelle

The CCWGA Annual District Tournament is being held on  Monday 7th November at Shelly Beach Golf Club and Tuesday 8th November at Gosford Golf Club It is a 36 hole or 18 hole event in divisions. Division 1: GA Plus to 20 - Stroke and Nett Division 2: GA 20.1 to 29 - Stroke and Nett Division 3: GA 29.1 to 45 - Stableford You may enter for one or both days. One day cost is $30 and two days costs $60. Entries close on 28th October. You may enter through Golf Genius at ccwga-annualtournament2022.golfgenius.com , or manually next Thursday at Breakers. Golf Genius will NOT be used for scoring the event, only for entry and administration.

Today we have luckily been able to complete the second round of the championships, with very little rain. Congratulations to everyone who played and special congratulations to those who appear below as winners of the Veterans Championships, which were finalised today.  Look forward to the final round next week. Don't forget that after golf next week, at about 2pm, we are holding a special meeting to pass the new By-Laws of our club. These were published on the blog last week, and there is a hard copy in the blue folder outside the golf office. Please read them prior to the meeting. These needs to be passed prior to our AGM, which has been moved to Presentation Day. Also, please remember that nominations for committee will open 3 weeks before the AGM.
