It's worth mentioning some good results from Toukley on Tuesday. It was their Invitation/Visitors Day and Michelle and Jenny were lucky to be invited by Yvonne Boardman and Ally Caswell. All combined well in the drop out Ambrose to win the day! Also worth a mention was our Breakers team of Gill Wilson, Jill Lavery, Vicki Duesbury and Marnie I'Anson, who finished an impressive 4th.


Hopefully you have all got a team entered for next week's Christmas Charity Day. Make sure you dress up and bring some cash for both raffles and cheat sheets. This will be followed by a Kris Kringle. If you want to be in it, bring a present to the cost of about $20.

Hope you have all replied to your invitation to the AGM/Presentation/Christmas Lunch on 8th December. Look forward to seeing you there.

What a fabulous day for golf!! It was especially fabulous for those who played 27 holes.  Today is the first time in quite a few years that this event has not had to be postponed, so a big sigh of relief and another event ticked off the calendar for 2023. Today's full results are in the link below. The Championship prizes will be presented on Presentation Day on 7th December. Tributes for Mollie Chapman

Afternoon everyone, Some of you may wish to show your sorrow at Mollie's passing. Rather than inundate Jenny and her family with flowers, the CCWGA has suggested a donation to Mollie's favourite charity. She was a long time supporter of the Fred Hollows Foundation and in discussions with her family, it was decided that perhaps setting up a fundraising page in Mollie's honour would be appropriate. Their focus in Australia is to eliminate avoidable blindness in the Indigenous population. All donations, no matter how small, in Mollie's name will add to her legacy.
