Results for Foursomes 27 Hole Championships and 18 and 9 Hole Day Events 4th May 2023
What a fabulous day for golf!! It was especially fabulous for those who played 27 holes.
Today is the first time in quite a few years that this event has not had to be postponed, so a big sigh of relief and another event ticked off the calendar for 2023.
Today's full results are in the link below. The Championship prizes will be presented on Presentation Day on 7th December. The day event prizes will be added to cards, as per usual.
Next week is the qualifier for the District Charity Day, which is on 14th August. Three ladies will qualify, so if you're not available on 14th August please let Aiki know next week, so the next person can be asked.
Many thanks go to Janice Adlard who had our new shirts today, all finished and embroidered. They do look rather nice, and will suit everyone. If you were not there today, you can pick yours up next week from Janice. Every shirt has been labelled with the new owner's name. (Did anyone pick up Sandra Kunze's shirt today by mistake? She seems to have misplaced it while table hopping.)
We would love to get a group photo to send to Mounties with our thanks for providing these to us. So if everyone could wear theirs and stay after playing next week, we will do this then.
Those ladies who ordered two shirts have their second one available from the Pro Shop. Payment of $63 is to be made to Nicky by either cash, EFTPOS or points. Please pick these up ASAP.
