Renovation News

 The course renovations have started this week. There are now temporary greens on the 5th and 7th, and the 5th is now a Par 4. 

The course rating has been adjusted, and all scores will be valid and go through to Golf Link, as per normal. For those ladies playing 9 holes, it is the back 9 that has been rated, and so you play off the red markers.

The toilets are also being renovated, and a Porta Loo is available near the practice nets. However, JUST FOR LADIES, the club will be open from 9:30 am for access to toilets through the bowlers entrance on Thursdays and Saturdays until the toilets are finished. So go before you start and then the club toilets will be available at the turn.

What a fabulous day for golf!! It was especially fabulous for those who played 27 holes.  Today is the first time in quite a few years that this event has not had to be postponed, so a big sigh of relief and another event ticked off the calendar for 2023. Today's full results are in the link below. The Championship prizes will be presented on Presentation Day on 7th December.
