CCWGA Opening Day 2024

 Congratulations to all the lovely ladies who played at Breakers today. The smiles as everyone came in told what a fun day they had all had.

Thanks to Nicky in the Pro Shop for her assistance with the start and finish. All the scores were entered and results done, with the presentation finished before 2:00 pm. That was a fantastic effort!!

Thanks to our wonderful grounds staff who prepared the course for today, following the deluge last Thursday night. They have done a fabulous job!!

Thanks to Mounties for the tea and coffee, as well as all the sandwiches, in the Auditorium.

Thanks to Colleen and Deanne for selling all those raffle tickets. The winners were very happy with their prizes.

Thanks to the CCWGA Committee for their generous prizes for the winners of both the golf and the guessing competition.

We look forward to hosting again next year (but perhaps the weather gods could be consulted when the date is chosen.)

What a fabulous day for golf!! It was especially fabulous for those who played 27 holes.  Today is the first time in quite a few years that this event has not had to be postponed, so a big sigh of relief and another event ticked off the calendar for 2023. Today's full results are in the link below. The Championship prizes will be presented on Presentation Day on 7th December.
