Monday 25th July saw another contingent of Ladies compete at Everglades in their Longmarkers Cup. Cold weather but great dry course, a credit to their Greens Staff after so much rain.  Nell Spargo took out the Longest Drive, Great Work. Fantastic to see so many of our Ladies, especially some of our new members, representing our Club and supporting the local Clubs special days. Image
A very crisp day greeted the 42 Ladies that played today.   The course is slowly coming back and the sun was shinning, what more could you want after so many weeks of rain, rain and more rain.  All the courses on the Central Coast are suffering from the huge amount of rain. Ione, Peggy and Cheryl - Work starts on new 8th Tee Our green staff were out and about working hard to give us a great course. Work has started on renovating our 8th Tee area. Yeah finally a flat 8th tee,  realignment of the seat on the 9th Tee area to make it safer, did you also notice 2 new red pegs in the area by the wire fence, where we leave our buggies, on the 9th so that small area is now not hazard if you are unlucky enough to hit your ball there.
