Members Information

We hope you are enjoying being back on our beautiful course. We are doing our very best to ensure that all get a fair go during current restrictions. There has been some negative comments recently on social media, via phone calls and approaching committee members before golf which is not helpful under the current circumstances. You can be assured that your committee is working very closely with the Club/Board, the Pro Shop and the men's committee to make this process as smooth as possible.  The Club is very conscious of adhering to Covid 19 restrictions and looking after the well being of it's members. The committee  has been closely monitoring games over the past week and it is clear that adding more slots would not allow us to keep within Covid restrictions. The committee can access the portal at the same time as everyone else. We are more than happy to give up our time slot to anyone who has not been able to book when the Portal opens. If you are unable to book th

I trust everyone enjoyed playing comp. Thank you all for keeping to our allocated time. Can I just remind everyone  you only need to sign your card. The system is set up to only need one signature so you don't have to touch anyones card. Also please remember to put a cross in every box as this helps with the job of one person scanning. It makes it a big job if they have to manually put in or edit the score card. Just by taking 5mins to go over your card really can cut down the work load. Pick up your flyer

Good evening ladies. When playing either comp or social tomorrow could you please collect the flyer I have left in the pro shop to explain booking in for the next two weeks. They will be left next to the printer so when you collect your card please take a flyer with you. Social ladies please ask Chas to point out where they are. If anybody knows of someone not playing could you please help the committee and give them a call to fill them in. Looking forward to seeing a few faces tomorrow 😊 Cheers Michelle Hughes 🏌🏼‍♀️

Thursday Comp 21st May

Hi Ladies Welcome back to our 18 hole comp starting this Thursday. This will be a trial run, if it runs smoothly we are hoping to add a few more time slots so more ladies can play. A few things you need to be aware of: It will be run as per the social play conditions - no congregating in the car park, arrive  10 minutes prior to your tee time, temperatures will be taken. It will be played over two divisions, you will mark  your own card, to be placed in the box in the pro shop at end of play. There will be no NTPs. To make it fairer to all, it has been decided that bookings for next weeks game will open from 12pm FRIDAY. If you do miss out getting into the comp you can book a social 9 hole game between 7am - 7.50am and again from 12:30pm - 4pm. It’s nice that we are inching our way back to some normality.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

I am happy to tell you Thursday comp will start back next Thursday 21st May. You will be able to book online from 12:00pm tomorrow Friday 15th. Due to10min intervals this reduces our Tee Bookings so please if you book in and then realise you can't play please pull yourself out of the comp to free it up for someone else. We will only be playing stableford and there will be marshals on the course keeping an eye on play. Please be mindful of keeping up with the group in front. From next Thursday you will then be able to book in a week at a time. Just like Social play the rules are still the same: Arrive and be ready 10mins before your Tee time No netts will be open for practice Practice putting green is closed No flag removal No rakes in bunkers therefore free drop in bunker Social Distancing 1.5metres apart No socialising in the carpark before or after your game On completion please drop your card in the box provided inside the pro shop door Stay Safe everyone and I&#

Update Wednesday May 13th 2020

Hi ladies we are endeavouring to keep you update with any news in regards to comp starting again. Many of you have probably heard that Golf NSW are looking at allowing groups of 4 from this Friday. This would enable us to play comp. The following email was sent to Ken this afternoon. WEDNESDAY, MAY 13TH, 2020 Dear Member Clubs and Districts, Golf NSW has just received advice from the NSW Office of Sport that exemptions to the NSW Public Health Order confirming that golf can be played in groups of four have not yet been executed. In saying that, Golf NSW’s notification on May 11 advising that Clubs should anticipate playing golf in groups of four from Friday, May 15, remains unchanged. Golf NSW appreciates the frustration this situation is causing and will notify Clubs as soon as formal approval from the NSW State Government is received. Yours sincerely, Stuart Fraser CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER We are working with Ken, th
