 Hi ladies just a reminder we are raising money for the Charity Lifeline this Thursday. As it is our fun day team of 4 you will be able to purchase cheat sheets for $5 there is no limit to how many you can buy!! So get your cheating game on 😎😄There will also be 6 raffles to be won and tickets will be on sale inside after our game. Tickets will be 3 for $5 and 7 for $10. For the golf event there are plenty of prizes to be won that have been donated by CCWGA. Don't forget to wear some christmas cheer 🎄🎅 There is plan B if the weather gods aren't kind to us! We will keep you informed. For anyone wishing to join in after for our fun Kris Kindle please bring a wrapped present to the value of $10.  We had a reduced field for our shotgun start due to weather. It was a little drizzly for the first 9 and eased for the second 9. Congratulations to all winners on the day. Thank you to all ladies who stayed and came in after to attend our AGM.  Sally Hopkins is representing Breakers at Magenta on Monday 29th in the CCWGA v's HRDGA. Spectators are most welcome. A memorial plaque was unveiled yesterday Sunday 14th in memory of Charles "Chas". A cheque was also handed over to Gosford oncology unit to pay for a an oncology chair.

There are 2 shotgun starts coming up - 25th Nov for the AGM  (Stableford - enter as normal)                                       2nd Dec Team event (Count Down Stableford- Starting holes will be drawn on the 25th) There will also be a Kris Kringle to the value of $10 following this, for those who wish to participate.  The comp is on, the course is fine and it is fairways only!!!!!!! If you are playing, please arrive earlier if possible as there have been cancellations.  If you have decided to cancel, please ring the pro shop asap. There are spots for those who wish to change their minds and play. Please feel free to re-enter.  See you for coffee anyway if you don't play.

 At the time of writing, the weather does not look at all good for golf. Let's hope it improves overnight and tomorrow is a nice sunny day. Either way, we will post information asap in the morning. Please note, if we do play, that there is no longer GUR on the right side of the 9th fairway, although the markings may still be there. It is still GUR near the temporary green. Fingers crossed for a return to nice weather tomorrow. If not, you can always join us for coffee or lunch at the club. Your committee.

 Unfortunately the rain came just in time for most people to get a wet tail. Christa's was a gobbler! Just a reminder to please rake the bunkers now that we are allowed to do so. It's not fair on the following groups if you leave footprints or divots. Let's hope you all remembered that we are now booking in for the following Thursday either in the club or on the portal at 3pm each Thursday. Also, a little reminder that we are taking bookings for the Christmas luncheon on Thursday 9th December. Tables of 6 -- $40 per head. You can pay Deanne online or by cash next week.
