40 Ladies contested today's competition. The promised heat and the fatigue felt by the ladies who attended Hawks Nest over the last few days probably accounted for the lower than normal field. Some very nice scores were achieved by the following:

Division 1  Winner.     Nicky Draper (21) with a score of 36
                   2nd.           Di Connolly (26) with a score of 35

Division 2 & 3
                   Winner.     Nancy Carey-Berryman (32) with a great score of 40
                    2nd.          Susan Muna (29) with a score of 38 and
                    3rd.           Gina Mesiti (30) with a score of 36

What a fabulous day for golf!! It was especially fabulous for those who played 27 holes.  Today is the first time in quite a few years that this event has not had to be postponed, so a big sigh of relief and another event ticked off the calendar for 2023. Today's full results are in the link below. The Championship prizes will be presented on Presentation Day on 7th December.
