REMINDER!!! ...... REMINDER!!! ...... REMINDER!!!


Flowers for Domestic Violence against Women - this first REMINDER is for this Wednesday, 16th November.  A meeting room has been set aside at Breakers Country Club between 12noon and 4pm to complete all flowers ready for 'planting' on The Skillion at The Haven, Terrigal at the end of next week. A request has been made for as many helpers as possible to come along to put the final touches  to this huge project.  See you there!


The second REMINDER is to buy your tickets to our Presentation Luncheon which will be held on Thursday, 8 December at 10 30 for an 11 o'clock start. Tickets can be purchased this Thursday for $25 each.

What a fabulous day for golf!! It was especially fabulous for those who played 27 holes.  Today is the first time in quite a few years that this event has not had to be postponed, so a big sigh of relief and another event ticked off the calendar for 2023. Today's full results are in the link below. The Championship prizes will be presented on Presentation Day on 7th December. Tributes for Mollie Chapman

Afternoon everyone, Some of you may wish to show your sorrow at Mollie's passing. Rather than inundate Jenny and her family with flowers, the CCWGA has suggested a donation to Mollie's favourite charity. She was a long time supporter of the Fred Hollows Foundation and in discussions with her family, it was decided that perhaps setting up a fundraising page in Mollie's honour would be appropriate. Their focus in Australia is to eliminate avoidable blindness in the Indigenous population. All donations, no matter how small, in Mollie's name will add to her legacy.
