PINK DAY


Hi Ladies

Our Pink Day yesterday was a huge success despite the rain.  It was a shame we had to cancel the golf side of things but we will have another chance on 8th November.

Thank you to all the ladies who came to the Club in the rain mostly decked out in pink.  We had 24 raffle prizes plus two exclusive ballet tickets for our silent auction thanks to some very generous sponsors.    You will be pleased to know that we raised $1848 with the raffle and the auction.  There will be more to add to this after our game on 8th November, so our charity ‘Look Good Feel Better’ will be receiving a very healthy donation from us this year.  The generosity of our ladies is always amazing.  Even some who could not attend left money with others to purchase raffle tickets.

So well done ladies and a big thank you.

What a fabulous day for golf!! It was especially fabulous for those who played 27 holes.  Today is the first time in quite a few years that this event has not had to be postponed, so a big sigh of relief and another event ticked off the calendar for 2023. Today's full results are in the link below. The Championship prizes will be presented on Presentation Day on 7th December.
