Information for this Thursday.

 This Thursday is Three clubs and a putter Stableford. Please arrive with only your club selection ready for play. We are having some SECRET special prizes this week as well as the normal prizes .These will be announced only at the end of play............so just play your normal game and who knows what you might end up winning!!! Also we want to see photo's of unusual ball landings 😎Have a fun day and we will see you after in the auditorium.

The Foursomes Championship are on the 24th September. It is $4 per player, please place $8 in an envelope with both players names clearly marked on the outside of the envelope. Please place entries in box provided  this Thursday in the Pro shop or after your game in the auditorium. If anyone is interested in playing and haven't got a partner please contact Michelle Hughes on 0400378855 and we will team up anyone who hasn't got a partner.

What a fabulous day for golf!! It was especially fabulous for those who played 27 holes.  Today is the first time in quite a few years that this event has not had to be postponed, so a big sigh of relief and another event ticked off the calendar for 2023. Today's full results are in the link below. The Championship prizes will be presented on Presentation Day on 7th December. Tributes for Mollie Chapman

Afternoon everyone, Some of you may wish to show your sorrow at Mollie's passing. Rather than inundate Jenny and her family with flowers, the CCWGA has suggested a donation to Mollie's favourite charity. She was a long time supporter of the Fred Hollows Foundation and in discussions with her family, it was decided that perhaps setting up a fundraising page in Mollie's honour would be appropriate. Their focus in Australia is to eliminate avoidable blindness in the Indigenous population. All donations, no matter how small, in Mollie's name will add to her legacy.
