Amalgamation Information Session for Club Members

As you may be aware by now, the Board at Breakers Country Club have recently entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Australia’s number one registered Club group, Mounties Group. More details are available on the Breakers website or app.

We encourage as many of you as possible to attend the Information Session for members which will be held at Breakers this Wednesday 9th June at 6.30pm. 

This session will be presented by Dale Hunt, Mounties Group CEO.

Come along so you can hear for yourself what is involved and what it means for the future. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions or raise any concerns you may have.

What a fabulous day for golf!! It was especially fabulous for those who played 27 holes.  Today is the first time in quite a few years that this event has not had to be postponed, so a big sigh of relief and another event ticked off the calendar for 2023. Today's full results are in the link below. The Championship prizes will be presented on Presentation Day on 7th December. Tributes for Mollie Chapman

Afternoon everyone, Some of you may wish to show your sorrow at Mollie's passing. Rather than inundate Jenny and her family with flowers, the CCWGA has suggested a donation to Mollie's favourite charity. She was a long time supporter of the Fred Hollows Foundation and in discussions with her family, it was decided that perhaps setting up a fundraising page in Mollie's honour would be appropriate. The link to that page is below: https://fundraise.hollows.org/fundraisers/jennychapman   The Fred Hollows Foundation works in over 25 countries and has helped over 3 million people. Their focus in Australia is to eliminate avoidable blindness in the Indigenous population. All donations, no matter how small, in Mollie's name will add to her legacy.
