Slosh!   Slosh!  But at least we had preferred lies in the general area!

Today's scores will be checked along with all previous rounds of the Stableford Brooch. Winners of each division (best 3 out of 5 rounds) will be announced next week, along with those who qualified today for the Charity Day at Magenta on Monday 16th August. Team of 10 will qualify.

Fees are due before next Thursday so make sure you pay. You will need to show Nicky your new membership card when you are paying. If you haven't paid you will not be able to play.

9 HOLE COMP will start on 5th July. Remember, you can play in any social timeslot during the week. Just pay an extra $1 and hand your card in to the pro shop when you have finished. Of course, you need to be playing with a golf member (man or woman) with a handicap, in order to enter. You can even enter more than once a week! Ball winners will be announced on Thursdays for the ladies. This is also a comp for Men, who will announce their winners on Friday afternoons. 

Don't forget to get your partner for the 8th July, a 2BBB. 5 pairs from each club will qualify to play at Gosford on Monday 6th September at Gosford.

What a fabulous day for golf!! It was especially fabulous for those who played 27 holes.  Today is the first time in quite a few years that this event has not had to be postponed, so a big sigh of relief and another event ticked off the calendar for 2023. Today's full results are in the link below. The Championship prizes will be presented on Presentation Day on 7th December. Tributes for Mollie Chapman

Afternoon everyone, Some of you may wish to show your sorrow at Mollie's passing. Rather than inundate Jenny and her family with flowers, the CCWGA has suggested a donation to Mollie's favourite charity. She was a long time supporter of the Fred Hollows Foundation and in discussions with her family, it was decided that perhaps setting up a fundraising page in Mollie's honour would be appropriate. Their focus in Australia is to eliminate avoidable blindness in the Indigenous population. All donations, no matter how small, in Mollie's name will add to her legacy.
