Changes to Ladies Competition

 Good morning ladies due to the 10km radius restrictions, decreased tee booking availability and the right to choose not to play during this Covid lockdown. It is only fair to put on hold our point score, eclectic and continuous comp so no one is disadvantaged. A Stableford event will be played on a week to week basis until we can go back to normal competition conditions. (Scores are still sent to Golflink).

Thank you all for your understanding at this time and while we are aloud to play golf please remember to have fun and enjoy your time on the golf course.

What a fabulous day for golf!! It was especially fabulous for those who played 27 holes.  Today is the first time in quite a few years that this event has not had to be postponed, so a big sigh of relief and another event ticked off the calendar for 2023. Today's full results are in the link below. The Championship prizes will be presented on Presentation Day on 7th December. Tributes for Mollie Chapman

Afternoon everyone, Some of you may wish to show your sorrow at Mollie's passing. Rather than inundate Jenny and her family with flowers, the CCWGA has suggested a donation to Mollie's favourite charity. She was a long time supporter of the Fred Hollows Foundation and in discussions with her family, it was decided that perhaps setting up a fundraising page in Mollie's honour would be appropriate. Their focus in Australia is to eliminate avoidable blindness in the Indigenous population. All donations, no matter how small, in Mollie's name will add to her legacy.
