Good News For All

 The ladies have been given a second time slot for competition on Thursdays. The first session starts at 7:30am-9:15am and the second session starts at 11:15am-12:15pm. This gives us 64 spots for our ladies. We had been averaging between 52 and 62 players so looks like everyone will get a game. Saying this from next week all scores will go towards the eclectic, point score and continuos comp. 

This will open as stated at 5pm on the 15th July for all lady members.

What a fabulous day for golf!! It was especially fabulous for those who played 27 holes.  Today is the first time in quite a few years that this event has not had to be postponed, so a big sigh of relief and another event ticked off the calendar for 2023. Today's full results are in the link below. The Championship prizes will be presented on Presentation Day on 7th December. Tributes for Mollie Chapman

Afternoon everyone, Some of you may wish to show your sorrow at Mollie's passing. Rather than inundate Jenny and her family with flowers, the CCWGA has suggested a donation to Mollie's favourite charity. She was a long time supporter of the Fred Hollows Foundation and in discussions with her family, it was decided that perhaps setting up a fundraising page in Mollie's honour would be appropriate. Their focus in Australia is to eliminate avoidable blindness in the Indigenous population. All donations, no matter how small, in Mollie's name will add to her legacy.
