 What a glorious day to be out exercising!! The scores today certainly indicate that the course is drying out nicely. There was even a little run!

Well done to the winners. 


Here's a thought for everyone... 

If you carry your sand bucket around the whole course without emptying it, then you are only moving the sand back to it's starting point. 

Why don't you and your playing partner adopt a fairway each and aim to fill in as many divots as your buckets will allow? The course is getting so much use that we all need to make sure we keep it in as good a condition as possible. 

There are refill points at every tee, so if you run out on one fairway, you can top there for the next.

What a fabulous day for golf!! It was especially fabulous for those who played 27 holes.  Today is the first time in quite a few years that this event has not had to be postponed, so a big sigh of relief and another event ticked off the calendar for 2023. Today's full results are in the link below. The Championship prizes will be presented on Presentation Day on 7th December. Tributes for Mollie Chapman

Afternoon everyone, Some of you may wish to show your sorrow at Mollie's passing. Rather than inundate Jenny and her family with flowers, the CCWGA has suggested a donation to Mollie's favourite charity. She was a long time supporter of the Fred Hollows Foundation and in discussions with her family, it was decided that perhaps setting up a fundraising page in Mollie's honour would be appropriate. Their focus in Australia is to eliminate avoidable blindness in the Indigenous population. All donations, no matter how small, in Mollie's name will add to her legacy.
