UPDATE: COURSE CLOSED THURSDAY

 Well, considering the amount of rain we've already had today, its no surprise that it has already been decided to close the course tomorrow. 

So, see you in the club for coffee/lunch.

Looking at the forecast for the next week, it doesn't look promising for the Debbie Gaunt qualifying next Thursday, 7th April, but let's be positive. If you want to play and haven't arranged things with Gill, please get in touch with her asap, as we will be doing the draw tomorrow.

Fingers crossed for our pennant players who are at Magenta on Monday. With the sand based course, it will probably be on, whatever the weather so let's hope it's not raining.

What a fabulous day for golf!! It was especially fabulous for those who played 27 holes.  Today is the first time in quite a few years that this event has not had to be postponed, so a big sigh of relief and another event ticked off the calendar for 2023. Today's full results are in the link below. The Championship prizes will be presented on Presentation Day on 7th December. Tributes for Mollie Chapman

Afternoon everyone, Some of you may wish to show your sorrow at Mollie's passing. Rather than inundate Jenny and her family with flowers, the CCWGA has suggested a donation to Mollie's favourite charity. She was a long time supporter of the Fred Hollows Foundation and in discussions with her family, it was decided that perhaps setting up a fundraising page in Mollie's honour would be appropriate. Their focus in Australia is to eliminate avoidable blindness in the Indigenous population. All donations, no matter how small, in Mollie's name will add to her legacy.
