Supporting the CoastCanCare Wellness Program

Supported by the Dry July Foundation and other donors since 2013, this program provides

support, care and assistance to adults living with cancer on the Central Coast.  Valuable

wellbeing and recovery tools are provided free of charge at easy to access venues across

the coast to cancer patients, their families and carers. Information, education and support

helps patients and carers to develop skills for coping with a cancer diagnosis, treatments

and treatment side effects, such as fatigue, pain and anxiety.


The entry form for this will be available on Thursday after golf. If anyone cannot get there and wants to play, please contact a member of the committee and send the money to Deanne before Thursday.

What a fabulous day for golf!! It was especially fabulous for those who played 27 holes.  Today is the first time in quite a few years that this event has not had to be postponed, so a big sigh of relief and another event ticked off the calendar for 2023. Today's full results are in the link below. The Championship prizes will be presented on Presentation Day on 7th December. Tributes for Mollie Chapman

Afternoon everyone, Some of you may wish to show your sorrow at Mollie's passing. Rather than inundate Jenny and her family with flowers, the CCWGA has suggested a donation to Mollie's favourite charity. She was a long time supporter of the Fred Hollows Foundation and in discussions with her family, it was decided that perhaps setting up a fundraising page in Mollie's honour would be appropriate. Their focus in Australia is to eliminate avoidable blindness in the Indigenous population. All donations, no matter how small, in Mollie's name will add to her legacy.
