Easter Fun Day Tomorrow!!

 Hi all. Thursday is our Easter fun day and it is a shotgun start so please arrive by 7am to get your cards and bring lots of cash to buy your cheat sheets, $5 each and raffle tickets 3 for $5 or 7 for $10!

It is a team of 4 split 6 event - holes 1-6 one score to count, 7-12 two scores and 13-18 three scores. You will have an individual card but you only need to put down the scores you use for the team ie if you and one other get the best scores on hole 13 you both put your score down on your own card. Pick up if you can’t get a better score.
Put all cards into the computer and it will calculate your team score.
We also ask that you bring golf clothing for a $5 swap event like last year.

IF we can’t play because of weather we will still meet for coffee, raffles and clothes swap 10.30 - 11am

What a fabulous day for golf!! It was especially fabulous for those who played 27 holes.  Today is the first time in quite a few years that this event has not had to be postponed, so a big sigh of relief and another event ticked off the calendar for 2023. Today's full results are in the link below. The Championship prizes will be presented on Presentation Day on 7th December. Tributes for Mollie Chapman

Afternoon everyone, Some of you may wish to show your sorrow at Mollie's passing. Rather than inundate Jenny and her family with flowers, the CCWGA has suggested a donation to Mollie's favourite charity. She was a long time supporter of the Fred Hollows Foundation and in discussions with her family, it was decided that perhaps setting up a fundraising page in Mollie's honour would be appropriate. Their focus in Australia is to eliminate avoidable blindness in the Indigenous population. All donations, no matter how small, in Mollie's name will add to her legacy.
