Recap from Thursday Coffee Catch Up

 Hi all, It was lovely to see so many turn up yesterday for a chat & sip. A brief recap on the information that was provided. 

The 2BB Mystery Partners event will be rescheduled & a new partner drawn.

Pennants are doing well.  We are in 2nd place & facing the leader, Everglades on Monday. Go girls!

Janice selected in the CCWGA team against Hunter District on 19th June @ Muswellbrook. Good luck!

Membership due by 30th June. $550 for women & $560 for men. Points will expire so use them or see the club to put them on an EFTPOS card.

Sunday Medley Competition discontinuing due to low participation rates.

Our Charity Day on 23rd July needs your support. Any golf clothing in good condition, can be donated for $5 sale. Cheat Sheets on the day $5. We are asking for items from yourself or by approaching local businesses to make up raffle hampers. Businesses may also like to sponsor a hole. A letter will be emailed  to members to take to potential supporters.

Mounties Care are doing Wellness Checks on 11th June. Book at Front Desk.

Update Club Champs and other important news

BREAKING NEWS After a committee meeting today we have abandoned August for club champs.  They will now be held  Thursday 25th September,  Thursday 16th October  Thursday 23rd October  A new entry sheet will be circulated early September.  The first two weeks of October are when Golflink will be moving to GolfAustralia Connect and handicap games will be put on hold. We will schedule team games for those two weeks ( pink day now 9th October)  August games have been changed to Stableford and a 9 hole comp has been added as well.  28th August will be the August Monthly Medal.  Tomorrow’s timesheet is unchanged but you are able to pull yourself out if you don’t wish to play.  Also if you are attending Kath Porter’s Funeral on Saturday please wear your club shirt if possible.  Hope to see some of you on the course tomorrow 🤞

Christmas Fun Day

 Well it was a Christmas Fun Day today!! We had everyone decked out in their finest Christmas gear. The weather wasn't too bad - it was hard to tell if we were wet from the rain, or wet from the humidity. The winners today were: Aiki, Sandra, Viv and Peggy Second were: Pauline, Jan C, Sue Carter and Elaine Third were : Chris B, Moya, Monica and Carol The Christmas Raffle today was a big success. Thanks to Linda and her helpers for organising this.  Colleen assisted by Bronwyn (in her game show hostess role) ran the Secret Santa. This, as always, was a lot of fun. That's a wrap for another year. See you all at the AGM next week - 10:30 am start.
